Signature Sponsor Program

Our sponsorship programs are built so everyone can help support advocacy and action for cannabis in Oklahoma. This program allows you to dedicate dollars into specific efforts.

SIGNATURE SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM: levels: $250, $1,000, and $2,500. This program is primarily for Dispensary Locations who will be gathering signatures. Each location is required to have it’s own sponsorship. This allows us organizational efficiency and tracking of retail locations. All Signature Sponsor Locations will be on our website Signing Location Map.

ALL SIGNATURE SPONSORSHIPS INCLUDE

Voter Registration Forms – You must be a registered voter to circulate and/or sign the petitions. We will provide voter registration forms to ensure all signatures count now, and all votes count on election day.
50 Signature Packets for Each SQ 818 and SQ 819 – We are able to gather 10 signatures for each packet. Each packet has the signature sheet, a copy of the actual law and a sheet for the signatures to be notarized. These are official documents for the State of Oklahoma .50 signature packets equals 500 signature lines.
Signature Packet Delivery / Pick-up – We will have folks in the field who will be delivering and picking up the signature packets. It is mandatory that we maintain a chain of custody record for the signature packets. Our team will drop off and pick up these packets to ensure quality control.
Signature Collection Training/Support – There is a simple, but critical process to ensure the validity. We will provide the Mandatory Operating Procedure guidelines, instructional videos, and on site instruction as required.
Online Promotion During Signature Gathering Period (90 Days) – During the gathering period, we will list sponsors on our website on a sponsor page. Additionally, we will work to push out promotions on social media platforms as available within community guidelines.
SQ 818 / 819 Promo Literature – We’ll be providing literature with information about the State Questions as well as voter resources.
Subscription ORCA Legislative and Regulatory Updates Beyond our work on the petition process, ORCA is dedicated to advocacy, transparency and accountability from our government. We provide round-ups and analysis of what is going on with new laws and rules, along with identifying opportunities for you to get involved in the process.
